SMITH Derek 29th May 1946 2nd June 2022 Passed away peacefully at Royal Blackburn Hospital, surrounded by his loved ones. Beloved husband of the late Barbara (formerly Allen), much loved dad, brother, stepdad, grandad & great-grandad. Best friend of Woody. Derek's funeral service will be held at Pleasington Crematorium on Monday 27th June at 11:30am. Donations can be made in loving memory of Derek to The East Lancashire Hospice.
