ROSWELL Florence (Flo) (née WHITBY) On Monday 9th May 2022, peacefully at Eachstep Care Home, Blackburn, surrounded by her loving family, Florence, aged 93 years, originally of Salford, more recently of Lytham Road, Blackburn. Beloved wife of the late Bill, much loved mam of Edward, Fred, Glynis, Rosalyn and Gillian, dear mother-in-law of Pat, Simon, Colin, Tina and the late Stephen and Paul (Buddy), treasured nanna, nanna Roswell and nan to all her grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren, loved sister of Margaret and Joe and a special friend to so many. The family would like to thank all staff, past and present, of Goodall at Eachstep for the absolutely superb care and attention throughout Florence's time there. At rest in the Grimshaw Park Funeral Home from where the cortege will leave on Tuesday 24th May for a 10.45am service in Pleasington Cemetery Chapel followed by interment in Pleasington Cemetery. No black attire please. Flowers will be received or, if preferred, donations may be made to East Lancashire Hospice in memory of Florence.
