SOUTHWORTH Hazel On April 28th 2022, peacefully in hospital, Hazel, aged 84 years. Beloved wife of the late Jack, much loved mum of Lynne and Mark, dear mother-in-law of Terence and Jane, dearly loved grandma of Samantha and her husband Darren. Christopher, Josh and Max, also a great nana of Lyla and loved sister-in-law of Bill and Rae. A service in Pickup Bank Congregational Chapel on Friday 20th May at 1pm, will be followed by cremation at Pleasington Crematorium. Flowers will be received at the Chapel of Rest or if preferred donations may be sent for the British Heart Foundation. Ainsworth's Funeral Service, Church Bank Street, Darwen. BB3 3HA.
