Nicola McLean refused to try for all 12 stars in her Bushtucker Trial because she didn't want to feed David Van Day and Timmy Mallett.

The glamour model won just three meals when she faced the Cavern of Calamity, in which she had to climb into a small cave and retrieve 12 stars among a host of creepy crawlies.

The beauty said the I'm A Celebrity... task challenged her "worst fears", but refused to even try and secure the maximum number of tokens.

She said: "I'm so petrified I could cry. I'm going to get 11 stars and David's not going to eat tonight. He's an idiot and it's riled me.

"I might go for 10 because I don't like Timmy either."

Before the trial, the 26-year-old swore at Timmy and David after taking offence to comments the pair made about her getting "covered in cack" during the trial.

She barked: "Do you know what David? You are so much more worried about your hair than I am about mine so don't worry about me, I'm fine. I said well done to you two."

David insisted the comment was only "a bit of fun" while Timmy was quick to apologise for his comment.

Nicola told David: "I didn't say anything to you when you were scared of the dark. I have got a good sense of humour but not when I'm panicking.

"Go in a cave and cry because you're scared of the dark. Go on. If I said that to either of them two everyone would have said I was being a bitch."
