Jazzy Kex was magnifique last Friday as it opened its doors for an intimate gig with french ska, dub, and reggae band La Casa Bancale who stopped by on the 'up north' part of their UK Tour.
The 'Sequoia Sound System' provided the warm up tunes and ensured a great atmosphere when La Casa Bancale arrived on stage at 1am.
The 7 piece band played an outstanding set nearly non stop for two hours with tunes as long as 15 minutes, ensuring everyone packed inside were dancing all night to their 'disco ska'.
Outside the Terrace was buzzing as Abi served up his legendary BBQ.
Fridays at Jazzy Kex are on form.
This Friday catch Royal Jelly on the turntables spinning party breaks and hip hop and next week, is 'Last Friday' with DJs Lozz and Alex S providing quality house music all night long.
