DIANA Vickers has taken another major step in her soaring career with the debut of her new video.

Clips show Diana getting in touch with her theatrical side, performing on a trapeze style hoop and singing in front of a hollywood-dressing room mirror.
Diana, who comes from Huncoat and attended Westholme School, Blackburn, is seen ditching a sweet, cuddly-toy style cape to reveal the sparkling strapless number beneath as a chorus line of male dancers surround the East Lancashire teenager.
The video of her long-awaited debut single Once, which is out April 19, comes two years after the 18-year-old found fame on The X Factor.
Diana’s version of Cathy Dennis and Eg White’s ‘Once’ is from her debut album Songs From The Tainted Cherry Tree, which is out on May 3.
The album also include collaborations with Ellie Goulding, Lightspeed Champion, Nerina Pallot, Starsmith, Guy Sigsworth as well as Cathy Dennis.
It hasn’t just been Diana’s album that’s been keeping her busy throughout 2009, as she’s been winning rave reviews in the lead role in the West End revival of Little Voice.
Diana, who starts her UK tour this month is appearing at King George’s Hall in Blackburn on Saturday March 27.
