BLACKBURN rock ’n’ roll band Mardigras Bombers have released their debut album.
The band, who relaunched in December 2008 after various changes in the line-up, recorded their album Touched By The Hand Of Nobby Bobson last year in Mono Studios, Blackburn.
Mardigras Bombers are made up of a selection of the area’s former punk and metal musicians who resurrected the band, which started out almost 10 years ago.
Andy Pearson, of the former Blackburn punk band Boredom joined the group, followed by Ged Hornby on guitar and drummer Trevor McKenna from Mayhem Freak.
A few bass players later and the band welcomed ex-Middle Finger Salute’s Jak Hargreaves.
