This is the time of year when we can sit back and enjoy the luxury of a good pudding wine with all those rich desserts we're tucking into.
The Germans know a bit about the art of leaving grapes to become overripe, often affected by what's called "noble rot" and extra sweet.
It's not cheap (this is a half bottle) but sip it really well chilled and enjoy baked apple and honey flavours.
