The Spanish white Albarino grape is growing fast in popularity as something distinctly different from Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Grigio. This one from the Rias Baixas region of Galicia in the verdant North is crisp, dry and quite peachy but still fresh enough to go well with fish, seafood or rice dishes. Just 12.5% alcohol – try it.
