Touraine is the name for white wines made with Sauvignon Blanc grapes around Tours in the Loire.
There's a lot more delicacy than in most southern hemisphere Sauvignon Blancs but the dry, citrus and steely mineral flavours are still there. Just 12.5% alcohol.
