AT 4% this bottled-conditioned beer (secondary fermentation) is refreshing, crisp and zesty, with a lemony ginger aroma.
The ginger is certainly leading in the tasting stakes — and leaves you with a warming, dry, spicy aftertaste. The tasting notes state a hint of ginger but, I would say it’s more than that — without being too dominant.
