AFTER months and months of planning the new salon is now open.
From planning the new premises to getting all the finishing touches done to detail, it’s been a nice but stressful period and a massive learning curve.
Opening something new is not easy for small businesses, and I really do take my hat off to all of you in the past who have done something like this.
I am always keen to take care of every small detail, as that is what makes the first impression.
What I wanted to create here was a one-stop salon for clients.
I felt the area needed a city salon where you can go and have all treatments done in one visit, instead of clients having to go to different places for different treatments.
We now offer a variety of services, from hair to all beauty treatments, and we also have a stand-up sun bed.
Taking it one step further, we now have Dr Nabilah offering her services, who has several years of experience in dermal filler, wrinkle reduction and laser fat reduction.
It should ensure we can cater for more people from across the town.
So there really is something for everyone.
At the salon I only do hair and that’s my passion (as well as writing).
Creating looks and making people smile is too, and as with all banter we have, it really does make my day.
This Sunday we are having a launch party where I would like to invite all my readers to the salon to have a look around.
We will be doing a live demonstration on dermal filler and Dr Nabilah will be here to answer any questions.
Our salon is based on East Park Road.
