Abishek Bachchan has revealed his pride at being a part of the Indian film fraternity.
The ‘Bunty Aur Babli ‘actor said, “Film actors especially from our industry are the greatest ambassadors to our country and our culture and we take that role very seriously and it’s a matter of great pride.”
The 38-year-old actor continued: ‘There is definitely an undertone of patriotism in ‘Happy New Year.’ There’s a scene in the film which is my favourite scene.
‘We were all shooting our first schedule in Dubai and there’s this huge dancing fountain which dances to music and they were actually playing one of Farah’s songs from one of her earlier films.
‘We were shooting that and the colours of the tricolour were projected on the fountain.
“And at that point I don’t think there was one dry eye amongst us.
‘So it’s something that means a lot to us and we take very seriously and we take huge pride in representing our country, in representing our film industry.’
