MUSIC fans in Barnoldswick will be treated to a voice fit for royalty on May 21.
Hannah Nicholson, 27, was employed as a backing singer for chart topper Ellie Goulding at the royal wedding after party at Buckingham Palace.
And she will be on stage with her modern folk band Queen and Country at The Cellar Bar, Barnoldswick.
Hannah, a former student at Nelson and Colne College, performed backing vocals in front of the elite royal guests on a number of Ellie’s tracks, some cover songs and a special rendition of Elton John’s “Your Song” where they serenaded the newly wed Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.
Hannah, who also teaches singing lessons in East Lancashire, will join band members Sam Hird, Teaspoon and Matt Pawson for the gig at the live music venue in Rainhall Road.
Queen And Country — Cellar Bar, Barnoldswick, Saturday May 21 at 9pm.
