A TRIBUTE night to rock and roll singer Pete Hibbert will be held in Accrington on March 4.
Scores of bands will perform in honour of Peter, who performed hundreds of gigs in the 1950s and 60s, including taking to the stage with Billy Fury.
The granddad-of-two, of Addison Court, Accrington, died in November, aged 69.
Hundreds of people from the music scene across the North West attended his funeral at St John’s Church in Addison Street.
* A Tribute to Pete Hibbert takes place at Poplar Social Club in Accrington on March 4. Admission is free but a £5 donation is requested, with all proceeds going to North West Air Ambulance.
