STEP back to the 1950s for this musical tribute to some of the era’s greatest stars.
The Voice Of Roy Orbison is a moving showcase to the idol of the rock ‘n’ roll age with many of his best-loved hits being recreated.
The show is celebrating its 21st anniversary tour this year, with Damien Edwards, the star of Bill Kenwright’s show the Roy Orbison Story, performing as the Pretty Woman singer-songwriter.
He is supported by Tim Harwood, who delivers a stunningly accurate impersonation of rock ‘n’ roll legend Buddy Holly, as well as The Everlys Experience and live band The Rockets.
It’s an evening of true nostalgia.
l The Voice Of Roy Orbison, Burnley Mechanics, Wednesday, September 22. 7.30pm. Tickets £15 from 01282 664400.
