IF THE head honchos at Lost don't watch out, the title's going to become a fitting description of what they've done with the millions of viewers they started out with.
Last night's episode was, quite frankly, B-O-R-I-N-G. Boring.
The focus was on Sun and Jin, the island's dullest couple. He only says the word "fish" and she's just too nice to be interesting.
Sun lost her wedding ring but we all knew she'd find it by the end of the episode in heart-warming circumstances. We know the score by now.
The flashbacks we've come to expect showed how the pair first met and fell in love.
This technique is great for telling us vital information about the characters it's how we learned Kate was a robber and Sawyer was really just seeking revenge for a childhood trauma.
But so far in series two they've been from even further back in the characters' back stories and, after laughing at the dodgy haircuts, we don't seem to be getting the same level of juicy detail as last time.
There's not been enough of John Locke's delightful strangeness so far for my liking.
Mind you, Hurley is fast becoming a new favourite. He's the only one on the island who seems to have a modicum of humour.
We've had two episodes in a row without a cliffhanger ending that's two episodes where I've not been even slightly tempted to turn over to E4 to see what next week's action is.
Thank goodness next week's episode looks good with snogging, violence and sightings of Walt.
