Hold on, am I missing something? How is making women compete publicly to be crowned the most attractive?
Despite claims that the women will be judged on whether they love themselves enough and using their intelligence to create a beauty campaign for women, they’ve not fooled me.
It is still doing the same thing as your old fashioned beauty pageant.
It’s trying so hard not to be one, but the naked truth is, it still is.
And the panel of judges really does reinforce how ridiculous the whole facade is: The Observer’s TV commentator Kathryn Flett, James Brown, founding editor of, wait for it... Loaded magazine, and singer-turned-stylist Mica Paris. Sorry which one of these is interested in internal beauty again?
