A hair salon in Lancaster has a special Barbie and Ken-inspired promotion, to celebrate the movie release.
Belle Ame, on Penny Street, is offering ‘buy one get one free’ hair cuts in their latest promotion ‘the Ken and Barbie hairstyles extravaganza’.
To take part in the his and hers promotion book yourself and another person in for a Barbie and Ken colour and cut and the salon will only charge for Barbie.
The two people must be booked in at the same time and this promotion can only be used once per customer. It will end on Monday, August 21.
Lauren Bell, the owner of Belle Ame, understands the challenges that people face in these uncertain times.
Lauren launched the promotion to encourage people to have a fun and “experience the magic of Barbie with their hair”.

Based on the Mattel doll, the Barbie movie follows Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling’s Barbie and Ken as they leave Barbie Land and travel to the real world.
Greta Gerwig has written the screenplay with her long-term partner Noah Baumbach, director of films such as Marriage Story and Frances Ha.
