Good Neighbours Awards 2015: How to enter...
DOZENS of people were nominated for the Good Neighbours Awards last year – and we’re hoping to hear about even more wonderful community efforts this time.
There is no age limit on entrants but he or she must live within the Blackburn with Darwen boundary. The judging panel’s decisions are final.
