St Mary's College's BTEC Sport group, who have little mountaineering experience, are attempting to climb Scafell Pike on Tuesday 16th May. Scafell is the highest mountain in England, at an elevation of 978 metres (3,209 ft) above sea level and located in the Lake district.
The group are also raising money for Every Action Has Consequences, a charity close to our hearts her at the College. www.eahconsequences.com
Anyone wishing to make a donation to help us reach our £250 target, can do so by accessing www.justgiving.com/fundraising/stmaryspinnacle
Good luck to all involved!
