STEPHENS (nee Kershaw) David and Kathleen, Peter and Yvonne are delighted to announce the birth of their granddaughter Olivia Mae at the Royal Blackburn Hospital, on Monday March 29, 2010, weighing 5lb 9ozs. Thank you to all on Central Delivery Suite, C9 and the Neonatal Unit. Special thanks to Aneesa Patel, Deepa Gopinath and the Woodfold Team. Thanks also to Alder Hey Hospital, Liverpool. Hannah and David would like to thank family and friends for cards, presents and messages of support at this time.
