KEITH HARTLEY I would like to thank my wife Susan, our children Allan, Ian, Leanne and Charlotte, their partners Claire, Tracy, Karl, Danny and all their friends, Mum, in-laws Sandra, Denise, Alison and their families, management and workmates at Graham and Brown, John, Lynn and everyone at the Intack Inn and Accrington Golf Club.
