Newly-promoted Chorley will be donning a purple kit in the 2014/15 Conference North season.
The Magpies have opted for a third kit for the coming season as several fixtures won’t allow them to wear either their black and white stripes or red away kit.
Club captain Andy Teague took time out of his summer schedule to don the kit and, in the process, link up with the club’s main sponsors the Chorley Group.
Garry Flitcroft’s side started their pre-season training last week and Teague is delighted to be linking up with his title-winning side once again.
He said: “We have all been in contact over the summer and everybody just cannot wait to get going.
“We want to get involved again as it’s what everybody misses.”
Last season, Teague missed out on his pre-season due to illness and personal commitments.
But this time around, it’s all systems go for the popular skipper.
He added: “I missed out last year as I had my tonsils taken out and then I was away for 10 days at my sister’s wedding.
“So I did all of my work at home and then in actual games.
“But this year I’ll get a full stint of pre-season training under my belt and I’m looking forward to it.”
Flitcroft has been hard at work this week and has signed up two more players for the new campaign.
Midfielder Harry Winter has signed on the dotted line, joining from rivals AFC Fylde, while defender Tom Smyth has been lured from Frank Sinclair’s Colwyn Bay.
Striker Darren Stephenson also penned a new deal at the Chorley Group Victory Park Stadium.
Teague is happy with how the squad is shaping up.
Flitcroft was pleased with the two new signings.
He said: “They are two quality players and I’m delighted to have signed both of them.
l Information has been released for Chorley FC’s first pre-season friendly game.
Chorley will take on Preston North End for the Jack Kirkland Trophy on Tuesday, July 15.
Adults can see the game for £7 and concessions £5.
Under-16s are £3 and Under-12s will be free.
Season ticket holders can see the game for free.
They are advised to pick up a special voucher from the club which will then gain them entry to all pre-season fixtures.
