BURNLEY were left with concerns over the fitness of two players after the 1-1 draw with Doncaster Rovers.
Danny Fox left the field on a stretcher after landing awkwardly when he went up for a header on the halfway line.
And Martin Paterson, who picked up a first-half thigh strain, was withdrawn at the break.
“Fox went up for a header and landed on his ankle. It didn’t look too clever,” said manager Brian Laws.
“There may be ligament damage there. We’ll wait and see over the next couple of days.
“Paterson struggled towards the last five minutes of the first half.
“He wasn’t quite right so we’ve got to protect the lad.”
