SEAN Dyche insist Burnley will be aware of the technical quality of Istanbul Basaskehir tonight - but insists the Clarets are in Turkey to get the win.
Dyche's side play the first leg of the Europa League third qualifying round tie at the Fatih Terim Stadium (7pm) against a side who were just two points behind champions Galatasaray in Turkey last season.
Speaking to the press at the ground on Wednesday night, Dyche was asked what he expected from Istanbul Basaskehir and whether he would be happy to return to Turf Moor with a draw.
"We know they’ve got some very experienced players and well travelled players, as well as some good technical players, so we have to be aware of that," Dyche said.
"Our mindset never changes. We try and win every game we play and that’s our mentality and it’s served us well over the number of years I’ve been at Burnley Football Club."
The hosts tonight haven't played a competitive fixture yet, having only entered the Europa League at this stage, but the Clarets have come through two games in the previous round against Aberdeen.
Asked if that was an advantage, Dyche said: "The competitive element of the games we’ve had is helpful but we’ve got to balance that with the number of injuries, so not everyone has played in the games."
