CLARETS reporter Tyrone Marshall hands out the ratings from Burnley's draw with Stoke City in the Premier League.
Nick Pope 7
Usual impeccable handling as the crosses rained in. Done by the deflection for the opening goal
Matt Lowton 7
A real outlet in the second half as he forced Erik Pieters back, although crossing was inconsistent
James Tarkowski 8
Coped well with Crouch and showed very neat feet early on. A real threat in the opposition box as well
Kevin Long 7
Tested by Diouf’s movement but made one fine recovery tackle on him in the first half
Stephen Ward 6
A couple of clashes with Crouch and Stoke regularly looked to exploit the space around him
Aaron Lennon 6
A couple of poor first-half deliveries when he had space to run into
Jack Cork 8
Back to his early season form in recent weeks and the outstanding midfielder on the pitch
Ashley Westwood 7
Sloppy first-half pass to Diouf nearly put his side in trouble, but tidy after that and combative in middle of the park
Johann Berg Gudmundsson 9 (Man of the Match)
Easily Burnley’s most creative force. Unlucky not to beat Butland with a first-half free-kick and set-piece deliveries constantly on the money. Plenty of space to run into in the second half and he used it well to drive the Clarets forward. Could have won it late on
Ashley Barnes 7
Another goal to his fine recent form. Clashed with Shawcross and Martins Indi, the latter needlessly so
Chris Wood 6
Living on scraps, with one shot straight at Butland, but ran the channels to offer an out ball
