A TEENAGE girl lost a tooth in a fight in a car park.
The 19-year-old had it knocked out following an ‘altercation’ in the Burnley Mechanics car park early on Saturday.
A man had approached a car and had an argument with the people inside.
Detectives said when the teenager got out to protest, she was punched in the face by the man. A 32-year-old man was arrested at the scene and later bailed.
Det Sgt Ian McLean, from Burnley CID, appealed for information to the incident, which occurred at around 4.30am.
The attacker is described as a stocky Asian. His T-shirt was ripped during the fight. Call DC Julie Leigh on 01282 472282 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
