AN 'awareness day' for members of the travelling community is set to be held this summer.
The drop-in question and answer event will be held in Accrington.
Hyndburn Council said the event, at the Cannon Street Resource Centre in June, will see members of the travelling community able to meet with civic leaders.
The Gypsy, Roma and Traveller Awareness Day would see councillors meet with travellers to answer any questions they may have about the local authority.
There is a traveller site in Whinney Hill Road.
