Pictures and videos have emerged after a car caught fire in Nelson last night, October 26.
One fire engine attended the incident at around 9.20pm, to see the car engulfed in flames near the Kwik Fit Garage in Leeds Road.
Crews used two hose reels to extinguish the blaze and were in attendance for around 40 minutes.
Residents commented on Facebook: “Lots of things are happening lately in Nelson. Hope all involved are okay.”
Lancashire Fire and Rescue said: “At 9.20pm on October 26, one fire engine from Nelson attended a vehicle fire in Leeds Road, Nelson.
“Firefighters used two hose reels to extinguish the fire. Crews were in attendance for 40 minutes.”
