Three fire engines were called to tackle a blaze in Burnley last night.
At around 8.15pm yesterday (December 3), three fire engines from Nelson, Burnley and Hyndburn rushed to a vehicle fire on Rossendale Avenue.
Firefighters wore breathing apparatus and used a hose reel and lighting to extinguish the blaze.
Crews were at the scene for an hour and 30 minutes. No one was injured as a result of the fire, and the cause of fire is under investigation.
A spokesperson for the fire service said: “At 8.13pm on December 3, three fire engines from Nelson, Burnley and Hyndburn attended a vehicle fire on Rossendale Avenue, Burnley.
“Firefighters wore breathing apparatus and used one hose reel and lighting to extinguish the fire.
“Crews were in attendance for one hour and thirty minutes.”
