Firefighters were called to a vehicle fire in Bacup and house fire in Darwen in two separate incidents.
The first incident happened in Burnley Road at around 2.15pm on Monday (September 25).
A Lancashire Fire and Rescue spokesperson said: “One fire engine from Bacup attended a vehicle fire on Burnley Road, Bacup.
“Firefighters used one hose jet to extinguish the fire. Crews were in attendance for thirty minutes.”
Elsewhere, two fire engines from Darwen attended a property fire on Chapels Brow, Darwen, on Sunday morning.
Firefighters used two breathing apparatus, one hose reel and positive pressure ventilation to extinguish the fire.
Crews were in attendance for approximately 40 minutes.
