Firefighters spent two and a half hours tackling a blaze in the Ribble Valley last night.
At around 8.15pm yesterday (June 5), four fire engines from Clitheroe, Longridge, and Preston attended a tractor on fire in Chipping Road, Cow Ark.
Firefighters used three breathing apparatus, two hose reels , one jet, thermal imaging camera and a portable pump to extinguish the blaze.
A spokesperson for the fire service said: “At 8.12pm on June 5, four fire engines from Clitheroe, Longridge and Preston attended a tractor on fire within an outbuilding at Chipping Road, Cow Ark.
“Firefighters used three breathing apparatus, two hose reels, one jet, thermal imaging camera and a light portable pump to extinguish the fire.
“Crews were on scene for two hours and thirty minutes.”
