A vehicle, that set alight on the M6 Southbound, has been extinguished by Preston and Leyland firefighters.
The vehicle fire was situated on the M6 Southbound between Junction 31 and 29 with Lancashire Fire and Rescue being called at around 5pm.
Three fire engines and crews from Preston and Leyland were called to extinguish the fire.
Firefighters wore breathing apparatus and used one hose reel to extinguish the fire.
Crews stayed at the scene for 35 minutes.

A spokesperson from Lancashire Fire and Rescue said: “At 17:00 on the 30th September 2022, three fire engines from Preston and Leyland attended a vehicle fire on the M6 Southbound between Junction 31 and 29.
“Firefighters wore breathing apparatus and used one hose reel to extinguish the fire. Crews were in attendance for thirty-five minutes.”
