Finalists from East Lancashire feature in the English Asian Business Awards 2014 finalist list.
The Awards presented by Lloyds Banking Group will honour the determination, hard work and personal achievements of England’s Asian business men and women.

Among the finalists are sisters Faiza and Tazeem Arshid who set-up their small fashion boutique, ‘Rang48’ based on New Bank Road, Blackburn.
They join Saira Hussain of Burnley one of few Asian architects as finalists of the Young Achiever Award.
Butterfly Snacks a company which has featured on Channel Four’s ‘Bank of Dave’ are shortlisted in the small business of the Year Award.
Both Accrol Papers and KQF of Blackburn are in the business of the Year category.
The Awards will play host to a gathering of the biggest names in business, politics as well as other fields and is fast becoming a major date in the social calendar where the best and brightest are honoured.
The black tie event will be held on Monday 29 September at the Mercure Manchester Piccadilly Hotel.
Yasmin Mahmood, operations director at event organisers Oceanic Consulting, said “Each year we see the awards go from strength to strength as businesses and individuals from across the country compete to be crowned the best in their industry and this year will be no different.
