A SECOND man has appeared before Blackburn magistrates charged in connection with what was described in court as a ‘sustained and horrific’ attack on a motorist.
The court heard the victim suffered a stab wound and numerous other injuries after being dragged from his car by three men and beaten in Blackburn Road, Accrington, in the early hours of Saturday morning.
